Dear All,

Hope you are all keeping safe and well.

We are delighted to announce that two lettings totalling more than 2,700 sq ft have been secured within the Town Centre. Estate agency Brunton Residential and the Guinot Salon, an award-winning skincare brand, have let a 1,734 sqft and 951 sqft space respectively.

Established in 2015, Brunton Residential will make the Newcastle Great Park its flagship regional branch, adding to its existing operation in High Heaton. Guinot Salon, the first in the North East, is a franchised business owned by Newcastle College alumni, Hayley Carr. The qualified beauty therapist owns the Body Beautiful Clinic in Ryton and is bringing ‘the future of professional skincare innovation’, Guinot, to Newcastle Great Park.

Fit outs for both units are currently underway following the update of government guidelines, and ensuring all measures are taken to adhere to social distancing at all times.

Jon Ryan, director at Brunton Residential, said: “Our team comes with more than 50 years combined experience and our aim is to give everyone the best possible experience, whether you’re a buyer or seller, landlord or tenant.”

Hayley Carr, owner of the Guinot Salon, said: “Guinot’s vision is to create beautiful, results-driven facials, body treatments, beauty services and products that preserve the skin’s natural youth and beauty. Our team of ‘beauty doctors’ is excited to welcome customers to Newcastle Great Park as soon as we are able to open.”

We’re very pleased to have secured two new tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially when they are seemingly at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to easing lockdown restrictions. These are certainly very challenging times for everyone and it’s reassuring to see that these forward-thinking entrepreneurs are taking positive steps to move their businesses forward post-lockdown. We wish them all the very best.

Thank you and take care.

Kind regards,

Olly
